This role will be involved in analyzing and executing the tasks as per agreed timelines without compromising on data quality.\nThis role will also maintain proper tracking mechanism and help in generating the stats on timely manner in order to keep the track the progress of the work being done.\nDuties:\nData Analysis & Insights\nCollect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.\nPerform data profiling, validation, and root cause analysis to support business decisions.\nProvide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.\nSupport ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from business stakeholders.\nReporting & Visualization\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using BI and analytics tools.\nMonitor business performance metrics and highlight areas requiring attention.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables.\nData Quality & Governance\nSupport data quality monitoring and issue resolution activities.\nCollaborate with data governance and business teams to ensure adherence to data standards and policies.\nAssist in defining data quality rules, business definitions, and metadata documentation.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with business users and data teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.\nPresent findings and insights in a clear and meaningful manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSupport data-driven initiatives by providing analytical expertise and recommendations.\nMaster Data Management & Data Governance\nPartner with Data Governance, MDM, and business teams to define authoritative data sources.\nEnsure adherence to data governance policies, data quality standards, and compliance requirements.\n Qualification:\nAny Degree / Post-Graduation\nSkills and Experience:\n2-4 years of experience in enterprise-level data management, data engineering, data architecture, or related discipline\nTechnical Skills\nData Analysis and Data Profiling\nPower BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel\nData Quality Analysis\nReporting and Dashboard Development\nBasic understanding of Data Governance and Master Data Management concepts\nPreferred Competencies\nAnalytical Thinking\nProblem Solving\nAttention to Detail\nData Visualization\nStakeholder Management\nCommunication and Presentation Skills\nBusiness Acumen\n Join us and work for a world-leader, with the benefits and training to reward your dedication and skills.
