Understanding how technology supports production, supply chain, operations, and business-critical manufacturing processes will be a significant advantage.\nYou will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, enterprise architects, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead projects from initiation through to implementation and business transition.\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery forecasts.\nEstablish effective governance, reporting, and steering committee structures.\nManage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\nCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve delivery objectives.\nDrive stakeholder engagement across business functions and global locations.\nEnsure project outcomes meet agreed business, operational, and technical requirements.\nSupport change management, business readiness, training, and adoption activities.\nProvide regular and transparent reporting to sponsors and senior leadership.\nEssential Experience\nProven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT, digital, or business transformation projects.\nStrong project management expertise across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.\nDemonstrated experience managing budgets, resources, timelines, governance, and vendor relationships.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.\nExperience working on enterprise technology projects involving business and IT teams.\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution.\nHighly Preferred\nPrevious experience working within a manufacturing organisation.\nExperience delivering or supporting:Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)\nSAP programmes\nERP or enterprise application deployments\nFinance or Treasury systems\nOperational technology (OT) and manufacturing technology projects\n\nLanguages\nWe would particularly welcome applications from candidates who can communicate at a business-professional level in French and/or German.
