The project will provide hands-on experience in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, sourcing activities, data analysis, and Procurement performance management.\nKey Responsibilities\nLearn and support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and understand the different stages of the Procurement cycle.\nDevelop proficiency in QAD and other Procurement tools and systems used for daily activities.\nSupport the RFQ (Request for Quotation) and sourcing process, including quotation analysis and supplier information management.\nCollaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) and other internal departments to support a smooth purchasing process.\nAnalyze spending and purchasing data to identify potential cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.\nSupport the Procurement team in reducing administrative workload through process improvements and data organization.\nAssist in the development, maintenance, and reporting of Procurement KPIs.\nPrepare basic reports and analysis to support decision-making within the Procurement team.\n Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nSolution-oriented and proactive mindset.\nStrong organizational and task management skills.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.\nCommercial/business-oriented knowledge.\nBasic knowledge of Purchasing and Logistics is preferred.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nGood analytical and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with different departments.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with QAD and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.\n Diversity & Inclusion\nWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
