You will verify incoming shipments against packing slips and confirm orders in ServiceMax. A key part of this role involves supporting your team by actively sharing information and assisting peers when needed.\nResponsibilities\nEssential functions-essential functions, including how an individual is to perform them and the frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and truly necessary or required to perform the job.\nJob duties to include but are not limited to;\nMaintain clear, professional, and effective communication in both verbal and written forms across all levels of the organization.\nDevelop and sustain collaborative relationships with the Field Service Team and Logistics personnel to ensure alignment with customer requirements and timely fulfillment of parts needs.\nImplement cost-control measures wherever possible to enhance operational efficiency and support budgetary goals.\nDemonstrate flexibility in work schedule, including availability for travel, overtime, and non-standard hours as required by business demands.\nEnsure full compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at all times.\nAdhere strictly to all applicable U.S. export control laws and security regulations.\nPerform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.\n Education Requirements\nRequired/Preferred:\n· High School Diploma or GED required\n· Preferred education Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification (Equivalence achieved through comparative work and life experience of 2-3 years is acceptable\nYears of Experience: 2-3\nEducation Level: High school Diploma or GED required\nAdditional Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience directly involved with organizing and accounting for parts, shipments.
