Acting as a bridge across engineering, QA, and operations, it enforces secure coding, embeds observability, and fosters collaboration to ensure high-quality, seamless product deliveries.\nAs per company policy, this role requires presence in the office 4 days per week.\nDuties:\nSolve complex technical problems and deliver innovative, scalable, maintainable solutions with minimal supervision.\nImplement architectural patterns and design standards in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring adherence to best practices.\nChampion Agile and Lean methodologies, fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and iterative improvement.\nDesign, code, review, and optimise critical software components and services.\nDrive adoption of DevOps practices, automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment with proactive operational monitoring.\nEmbed security, reliability, scalability, and performance as non-negotiable quality attributes throughout architecture and development.\nLeverage modern platforms, frameworks, and open-source technologies to optimise cost and flexibility.\nPromote secure coding practices and security controls throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nServe as a technical bridge between engineering, QA, and other teams to design efficient testing strategies and enable high-quality delivery.\n Qualifications:\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.\n1-4 years of professional software development experience with hands-on coding across multiple technology stacks.\nTechnical Expertise:\nProficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies: Angular (v10+), Java, Spring Boot, Python, or Golang.\nStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks (Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, PyTest).\nHands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and responsive UI development.\nDatabase experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.\nProficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerisation technologies.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their service models.\nKnowledge of Git-based version control, Linux fundamentals, and debugging practices.\nUnderstanding of test-driven development, secure coding standards, and observability practices.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with gRPC, Kubernetes, Grafana, or event-driven systems.\nFamiliarity with ML/AI platforms and UX/UI design principles.\nKnowledge of UML.\nSkills & Attributes:\nSelf-motivated with excellent time management and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills in English (spoken and written) and collaborative abilities.\nProven stakeholder and matrix management experience in virtual, diverse teams.\nAbility to work effectively in international, multi-cultural environments.\nResourceful problem-solver with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.\nCommitment to continuous improvement and change management.\n Join us and we’ll help build your career, with excellent training and opportunities for career growth across the business, both locally and globally.
