The trainees will work under the guidance of experienced supervisors and technicians to develop technical skills and gain practical industry experience as per the Apprentices Act.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in production, assembly, machine operation, and maintenance activities.\nLearn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.\nSupport preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.\nAdhere to all safety, health, and environmental guidelines.\nMaintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.\nComplete assigned training modules and practical assessments.\nReport daily activities and observations to the supervisor.\nParticipate in continuous improvement and team activities.\n ITI pass in relevant trades (Fitter).\nBasic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial safety.\nWillingness to learn and work in a factory environment.\nGood discipline, teamwork, and communication skills.\n Training Benefits\nHands-on industrial training for 1 year.\nExposure to modern manufacturing practices and equipment.\nMonthly apprenticeship stipends as per company policy and applicable regulations.\nCertificate of Apprenticeship upon successful completion.\nWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
