As Treasury Manager, you will play a central role in building and shaping a newly established Treasury function, helping transform treasury operations from a highly manual environment into a modern, scalable and value-adding function.\nReporting directly to the Head of Treasury, you will become a key member of a growing team, acting as the Treasury lead's trusted deputy while gaining exceptional exposure across treasury operations, funding, foreign exchange, process transformation, banking relationships and strategic projects.\nThis role offers the rare opportunity to help build a treasury function from the ground up while supporting a global, multi-entity organisation operating across numerous countries and currencies.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nTreasury Operations\nOwn and manage group cash forecasting processes, including forecast consolidation, challenge and variance analysis.\nProduce short and medium-term cash flow forecasts for Treasury leadership, senior executives and shareholders.\nExecute and oversee intercompany funding, loan administration and cash repatriation activities.\nManage treasury reporting across cash, liquidity, debt and foreign exchange exposures.\nForeign Exchange & Funding\nExecute FX transactions and oversee trade lifecycle management.\nMonitor Group FX exposures and support risk management activities.\nSupport debt management activities and gain exposure to significant acquisition financing facilities.\nPartner with banks and internal stakeholders to optimise treasury operations.\nBanking & Controls\nCoordinate bank guarantees, renewals and facility management.\nMaintain banking mandates, treasury controls and e-banking access.\nEnsure robust governance and compliance through effective treasury controls and processes.\nTreasury Transformation\nSupport the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS).\nHelp drive treasury automation and process improvements.\nDesign, document and embed treasury policies, procedures and controls.\nPlay a key role in transitioning treasury activities from consultants into a permanent in-house team.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong technical treasury expertise with a hands-on approach.
