requirements.\nCoordinate with material loaders to ensure product movement reflects production, shipping, and customer priorities.\nMaintain overall responsibility for the company's truck fleet and trailers, including coordinating availability, maintenance needs, and operational readiness.\nUtilize the company's ERP system to manage and support pick, pack, ship, inventory, and related warehouse transactions.\nDevelop and maintain reports and system inquiries necessary to monitor warehouse and logistics performance.\nIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, product flow, space utilization, accuracy, and overall efficiency.\nMaintain overall responsibility for inventory control and accuracy within the warehouse.\nDirectly manages approximately 8-10 non-supervisory warehouse and logistics employees.\nEstablish and maintain an effective cycle count program.\nMonitor inventory transactions and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nWork with appropriate departments to identify root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions.\nEnsure products are properly identified, stored, handled, and accounted for throughout the warehouse.\nSupport periodic and year-end physical inventory activities as required.\nProvide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to warehouse employees and drivers to ensure safe, productive, and cohesive operations.\nPlan, assign, and direct work based on warehouse priorities, staffing levels, production requirements, and delivery schedules.\nMonitor employee performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and development.\nConduct one-on-one discussions with employees regarding performance, development opportunities, and career growth.\nPartner with Human Resources and the Plant Manager to assess staffing requirements, including the need for temporary or additional employees.\nParticipate in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of warehouse and logistics employees.\nAssist with the development and maintenance of accurate job descriptions and departmental procedures.\nAddress employee performance concerns, workplace issues, and complaints appropriately and in accordance with company policies.\nPromote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.\nEnsure warehouse employees and drivers follow company safety policies, procedures, and established work practices.\nIdentify unsafe conditions, behaviors, or workplace hazards and take appropriate corrective action.\nEnsure employees are properly trained on applicable equipment, procedures, and safety requirements.\nWork with management to support compliance with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.\n Strong commitment to workplace safety with the ability to recognize and appropriately address potential safety risks.\nMinimum of 10 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including significant experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.\nDemonstrated experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and/or transportation functions.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop employees.\nAbility to quickly learn production processes and develop effective working relationships with Production and other operational teams.\nStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience working with ERP or warehouse management systems, including inventory and pick, pack, and ship transactions.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.\nAbility to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively contribute within a team environment.\nDemonstrated sound judgment, professionalism,
