We pride ourselves on having a culture that promotes a balanced life/work approach.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead projects from concept design through construction administration in a range of project types\nDemonstrate experience with a range of system types and ability to support technical discussions\nPrepare HVAC drawings utilizing Autodesk Revit Building Information Modelling (BIM) Software\nConduct construction site visits and review construction administration submittals\nGuide and mentor junior team members throughout project design phases\nQualifications:\n5-7 years of experience in HVAC systems design and leading projects\nRegistration as a Professional Engineerpreferred\nKnowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, Load Calculation programs and MS Office\nEffective communication skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to conduct visits to active construction sites and climb ladders.\nAbout SMMA\nFor more than 70 years, SMMA has integrated architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning to turn complex design challenges into refined, unexpected solutions.
