With offices in Australia, the US, and the UK, culture plays a big part in our success, and our clear purpose and vision motivate us daily.\nAbout the Job\nThe Campaign Manager owns the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that engage prospects and drive pipeline. They are a key marketing partner to Sales and will collaborate closely with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations to bring campaigns to life across channels. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing campaigns from brief through launch and reporting, including email execution and marketing automation.\nThis is a hybrid position based in our Chicago, IL office. All Chicagoland employees are required to be in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the creation and execution of integrated campaigns across brand, product, competitive, evergreen, and specialty campaigns.\nManage the campaign calendar, timelines, and cross-functional workflows to ensure campaigns launch on time and work together across channels.\nPartner closely with Sales and the inbound team to align campaigns to sales priorities, coordinate follow-up, and turn marketing engagement into pipeline.\nBuild, QA, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and nurture tracks using marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) and related marketing technology.\nSupport ABM, product launches, and event activation campaigns, coordinating audiences, messaging, assets, and Sales follow-up.\nTrack and report on campaign performance, using engagement, conversion, and pipeline data to optimize programs and improve future campaigns.\nSkills and Experience\n3-5+ years B2B and/or SaaS marketing experience with hands-on experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and email campaign execution.\nExperience partnering with Sales and a strong understanding of how Marketing and Sales work together to generate pipeline.\nExceptional attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and use data and performance insights to optimize campaigns.\nChampion AI-forward ways of working across the team, staying an early adopter of tools that genuinely help.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, ChurnZero, Clay, and/or ClickUp.\nExperience building HTML email templates.\nWell versed in ABM \nFamiliarity with legal technology, and/or the legal profession.\nCompensation\nThe pay range for this role is:\n$100,000 - 120,000 per year\nWhat'sin it for you?\nCompetitive Salary\nWork-Life Balance: 20 vacation days, 3 reboot days, birthday off, volunteer time, and more!\nBenefits: Excellent medical, dental, vision coverage. 401(k) match, & monthly wellness stipend\nParental leave\nOffice lunch and loads of snacks\nAnd of course...the SWAG!\nWant to Know More?\nWhy do we do what we do?
