You’re responsible forproviding practical solutions that the business can implement when experiencing challenges with systems.\nInformation Gathering: conduct interviews, organize meetings, and workshops to collect all necessary information ;\nNeeds Analysis: collaborate with internal departments to identify business needs and user requirements related to our Aftersales & IT systems. You act as a real Business Support for other Departements ;\nDocumentation : maintain business models, functional designs, and system documentation ;\nProcess Analysis: Describe, analyze, and evaluate bottlenecks as well as opportunities for improvement in our Aftersales operational processes ;\nProcess Modelling: Use modelling techniques to map and optimize Aftersales processes ;\nDevelop & Write functional specifications : Develop business analyses, detect opportunities, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories for IT development ;\nPowerBI reports: qualify requirements, propose solutions, test solutions and implement them ;\nProject Management: Actively participate in project management, monitor progress, coordinate actions with project teams and project managers, while respecting deadlines and budgets ;\nMonitoring Developments: Stay constantly informed of the latest trends and developments in the field of IT and process analysis.\n Profile\nYou hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field ;\nYou already have a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a Business Analyst, consultant, or in a similar role, ideally in the services sector ;\nYou are fluent in French and English languages, both written and spoken ;\nYou have strong knowledge of process modelling techniques (BPM, UML, etc.) ;\nYou have previous experience with Agile methodology, experience in Scrum is a plus ;\nFamiliarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is preferred ;\nYou have excellent communication skills (both technical and non-technical) ;\nYou are organized, methodical, and able to meet deadlines while keeping an eye on details.\nOur values\nOur way of working as a professional community, can be best described as Caring, Daring and Sharing.
