Ce poste est fait pour vous !\nResponsabilités \nVous assurez un support essentiel au bon fonctionnement du bureau, au service des collaborateurs, prestataires et partenaires, en appliquant les procédures existantes et en participant à leur amélioration continue\nOffice Management\nAccueil des visiteurs et rôle de point de contact principal pour le bureau ;\nRéception, traitement et envoi du courrier et des documents administratifs ;\nCommunication proactive autour de la vie du bureau (informations pratiques, événements, changements) ;\nSupport administratif et logistique aux départements internes (RH, Marketing, etc.).\nProcurement / Fournitures\nCommande des consommables et fournitures de bureau, selon les besoins identifiés ;\nSuivi administratif des fournisseurs ;\nContrôle des factures sur base des contrats existants (office, voyages, consommables, prestataires).\nFacility Management\nAssurer le maintien quotidien des espaces de travail ;\nSuivi de l’entretien des bâtiments et équipements (air conditionné, certificats, machines à café, cuisine, etc.).\nEvent Management\nOrganisation logistique des réunions internes ;\nParticipation et support à l’organisation des événements annuels ;\nSuivi post-événement (facturation, feedback, pistes d’amélioration).\nProfil\nBachelier en Office Management ou équivalent par expérience ;\nUne 1ère expérience concluante dans une fonction similaire ;\nVous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais est un atout ;\nOrganisé(e), autonome sur les tâches quotidiennes, orienté(e) solutions ;\nÀ l’aise dans un environnement dynamique et polyvalent ;\nExcellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service.\nOur values\nOur way of working as a professional community, can be best described as Caring, Daring and Sharing.
