We're dedicated to excellence and innovation, and we're seeking an enthusiastic professional to contribute to our mission.\nKey Responsibilities: This position performs the function of operating the surface mount assembly equipment.\nResponsible for accessing company procedures and navigate shop floor controls.\nUtilize a manual, semi-automatic or automatic solder paste stencil machine\nAbility to load components onto a Universal Fuzion or GSM pick and place machines\nOperate the reflow oven\nLoad proper programs into AOI machine\nPerform quality inspections at each stage. \nCommunicate with AOI personnel to identify and resolve assembly issues\nMust be able to read and understand work routers, bill of materials, assembly drawings, component identification, and component polarity \nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED minimum\nPrefer at least 1 year of relevant experience.\nMust have manual dexterity.\nMust be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. \nAbility to recognize problems in the operation process or with components and to highlight/communicate those problems to team leader.\nMust have proficient computer skills: Basic computer functions and ability to navigate applications associated with work instructions.\nMust be able to sit, or stand/walk for extended periods of time \nMust be able to lift and/or move objects up to 20 Lbs.\nApplication Process: If you are excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience required, we encourage you to apply.
