Responsible for management of Receiving and Inventory Control.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nManages Receiving and inventory control, including off-site warehousing facilities.\nPlans and coordinates departmental productivity, quality, and other outputs.\nUses effective problem-solving techniques to facilitate resolution of problems.\nWorks with plant leads and supervisors to resolve systemic issues.\nProvides needed resources/support/training to staff.\nEnsures departmental compliance to safety and GMP, including reinforcement of the importance of safety and GMP in department meetings.\nEnsures that environmental requirements of the area are followed\nAnalyzes current and upcoming demand; puts plans in place to ensure adequate capacity (people, equipment) to meet demand.\nActs on identified potential safety problems and works to resolve.\nPerforms other job duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS: \nBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred\nMust have minimum 3- 5 yrs. experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or related field.\nMust have evidence of technical knowledge and management of Warehouse Management Systems, and shipping/pick and pack systems.\nMust have demonstrated Freight knowledge and negotiations.\nMust have demonstrated success in a progressive Inventory, and Receiving operations in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.\nMust have strong understanding of MRP’s and forecasting as it relates to inventory replenishment.\nMust have excellent interpersonal communication skills.\nMust have good problem-solving skills, including use of quality tools.\nMust have ability to identify and act on the opportunity potential based on the gap between actual and maximum capacity.\nMust have math and measurement skills to analyze and report on metrics.\nMust have the ability to collaborate with leadership in a multi-functional environment.\nMust be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision.\nMust have demonstrated the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.\nMust have knowledge of or be able to learn safety rules and procedures, operating, maintenance, and technical policies and procedures.\nMust be able to relate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.\nMust be able to maintain good attendance.\nMust be willing to work overtime as needed.\nMust be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.\nQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by state or federal law.\nThe salary range for this position is $48,000.00 - $80,000.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The range listed is also the expected pay for roles in Illinois and Colorado. The benefits for this role include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 15 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
