This role supports efficient production through accurate makereadies, quality inspections, and equipment upkeep.\nHow you will impact Smurfit Westrock\nSet up and operate folder/gluer equipment for assigned jobs\nPerform makereadies and adjustments to meet quality and production standards\nInspect cartons and test glue bonds to ensure product quality\nMonitor production speeds and complete required production and quality documentation\nSupport preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues\nMaintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety policies\nAssist other operators and provide break relief as needed\nWhat you need to succeed:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n1-2 years of experience operating gluing or similar manufacturing equipment\nAbility to read work instructions and complete basic documentation\nBasic math proficiency\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nExperience with folding carton or packaging equipment preferred\nFamiliarity with auxiliary equipment (inkjet, tape, labeling) preferred\nAbility to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting, bending, and climbing\nMust work in varying temperatures (hot or
