Must have the ability to use basic computer software to communicate, plan, and delegate tasks to the maintenance team and communicate with supervisors. Maintenance coordinators must be task-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities, and able to competently handle emergency situation. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well.\nHow you will impact WestRock:\nWork with appropriate maintenance and other plant personnel, to ensure all planned work and record keeping is complete and timely.\nProvides input to appropriate leadership personnel regarding suggestions or methods that will improve plant/maintenance department purchasing record keeping processes and procedures.\nAssists with additional maintenance department processes as requested by the Maintenance Manager or other management personnel.\nManagement of maintenance budget.\nCompletes and distributes appropriate reports when required or needed.\nCoordinates plant/maintenance department materials purchasing applications in order to effectively plan all maintenance work projects.\nEstablishes and maintains collaborative and productive business relationships.\nWhat you need to succeed:\nHigh school diploma or equivalency required.
