discussions, and technical decision-making.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the complete software development lifecycle.\n\nRequirements: \n7-9 years of software development experience with strong backend development expertise.\nStrong proficiency in Java OR Golang.\nHands-on experience with Spring Boot (for Java candidates) or Go-based backend frameworks.\nStrong understanding of Microservices and Distributed Systems.\nExperience developing and integrating REST APIs.\nStrong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Design / Design Patterns.\nExperience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP.\nExperience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.\nKnowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with messaging
