SSDE - Flutter

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widget lifecycle, state management, navigation, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with state management frameworks such as BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or similar.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
• Good understanding of mobile performance optimisation, memory management, networking, and debugging.
• Experience handling different device sizes, OS versions, and platform-specific requirements.
• Strong understanding of Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to independently own and deliver complex features.
• Strong product mindset with an eye for performance, usability, and overall user experience.

Good to Have:

• Experience working in a B2C / consumer internet / high-scale product environment.
• Experience building applications with a large user base.
• Experience with native Android/iOS integrations and Flutter platform channels.
• Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, or similar monitoring platforms.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.
• Experience publishing and managing applications on the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
• Experience with Flutter performance profiling and optimisation.
• Exposure to native Kotlin/Swift development.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
