Official communications from Snackruptors USA Inc. will only come from authorized company representatives and company email domains.\nJob Summary\nSnackruptors USA Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Warehouse Lead to join our Supply Chain team in Mountville, Pennsylvania.\nThe Warehouse Lead serves as a key member of the warehouse leadership team and is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by providing floor leadership, work direction, coaching, process oversight, and operational support. This position works closely with Warehouse Supervisors and Supply Chain leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient material movement throughout the facility.\nThe Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in supporting inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, employee training, process compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and food safety requirements while maintaining a strong presence on the warehouse floor.\nThis position does not have direct reports but serves as a lead resource and subject matter expert for warehouse personnel.\nSchedule\nAvailable shifts may include:\n3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM\nAdditional overtime, weekends, holidays, and schedule adjustments may be required based on business needs and production demands.\nOccasional shift coverage may be required to support operational needs.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nWarehouse Operations\nReceive daily direction from Warehouse Supervisors and Supply Chain leadership.\nHelp maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.\nAssign and reassign labor resources throughout the warehouse based on operational priorities and business needs.\nMonitor warehouse workflow to ensure efficient movement of materials and finished goods.\nSupport shipping, receiving, inventory, storage, and production supply activities.\nEnsure compliance with inventory control procedures and FIFO inventory practices.\nAssist with inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle count activities.\nMonitor warehouse productivity and operational performance metrics.\nLeadership & Team Support\nProvide day-to-day leadership and work direction to warehouse associates.\nReinforce company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.\nCoach employees on performance expectations and best practices.\nServe as a warehouse subject matter expert (SME) for processes, equipment, and systems.\nSupport employee development through training, mentoring, and feedback.\nAssist supervisors with workforce communication and engagement efforts.\nPromote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.\nTraining & Employee Development\nPartner with new hires during onboarding and operational training.\nProvide hands-on training related to warehouse processes, RF scanning systems, equipment operation, and safety requirements.\nConduct retraining activities as necessary to address process deviations or performance gaps.\nSupport training documentation and employee skill development programs.\nCommunicate employee progress and development opportunities to warehouse leadership.\nProcess Compliance & Continuous Improvement\nConduct warehouse audits, inspections, and process verifications.\nExecute daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists.\nMonitor key warehouse performance indicators and operational metrics.\nAssist leadership with root cause investigations and corrective actions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including:\n5S Programs\nLean Manufacturing Initiatives\nInventory Accuracy Programs\nProcess Improvement Projects\nIdentify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.\nInventory & Systems Management\nUtilize RF scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to support inventory accuracy.\nMonitor inventory movements and material transactions.\nEnsure proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.\nSupport inventory reconciliation activities and warehouse reporting requirements.\nAssist in maintaining accurate warehouse records and documentation.\nFood Safety, Quality & Compliance\nFollow all food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.\nEnsure compliance with:\nGood Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)\nGood Storage Practices (GSPs)\nHACCP Programs\nSQF Programs\nAllergen Control Programs\nSanitation Programs\nWorkplace Safety Standards\nReport food safety, quality, inventory, or safety concerns immediately.\nSupport internal audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nSupport other departments as assigned.\nParticipate in special projects and operational initiatives.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience utilizing RF scanning equipment and inventory systems.\nStrong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.\nAbility to provide direction and earn the respect of team members.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nBasic computer skills and ability to interact with digital warehouse systems.\nUnderstanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.\nBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong commitment to workplace safety.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFood manufacturing experience preferred.\nBilingual English/Spanish preferred.\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software.\nExperience leading teams in manufacturing or distribution environments.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.\nUnderstanding of warehouse performance
