Driven by a shared passion for excellence and innovation, we continuously enhance our cutting-edge production processes and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.\nApply now to the Logistics Manager role on our growing Supply Chain team and be a part of our exciting journey!\nJob purpose\nThe Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the Warehousing, 3PL, inbound, outbound inventory movement & Inventory functions as well any reverse logistics.\nProvide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of our 3PL and our warehousing locations.\nResponsible for evaluating and achieving cost-to-serve efficiencies to meet company targets. \nRegularly reviews scheduling methods and provides suggestions in order to continuously improve scheduling system to the supply chain director.\nAccountable for ensuring that inventory levels for location are monitored closely. Review and address excess and obsolete and on hold inventories.\nManages FEFO and ensures ERP system on hands is accurate through cycle counts, Chep pallet management and reporting. Provide recommendations to the supply chain director for inventory management and how to adjust distribution plans as appropriate to maximize warehouse/3PL efficiencies.\nAnalyze trends in 3PL data/performance, inventory movement, adjustments and identify opportunities to maximize profit, minimize cost-to-serve, recommend value-added business solutions and determine potential areas for improvement and growth. \nConduct monthly analysis of aging inventory, partial pallets, work in progress inventory and ensure we are addressing and resolving any logistics issues.\nConduct monthly review of carrier selection, costs, performance in order to maximize savings and delivery performance for both inbound and outbound logistics.\nEstablish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the entire logistics team and ensure that a program is in place to continuously monitor the performance and adherence of those procedures.\nEstablish metrics and translate into individual performance criteria and perform logistics team evaluations.\nCoordinate the preparation of reports as required by director of supply chain.\nCoordinating with the Planning team in the preparation of ensuring staging and support for weekly production plans/scheduling, trials, and inventory allocation.\nEnsure raw materials are flowing inbound to support production plans, forecasts, best before dates, FEFO, and turnover.\nLead the KPI process and continuous improvements that support the overall drive to lean operations within the supply chain.\nResponsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success.\nMonitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company Procedures.\nApprove the vacation requests. \nCarry out incident, accident and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.\nIssue disciplinary action when needed. \nPerform other assigned duties.\nFollow Health and Safety rules and regulations.\nMust follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.\nComply with all Company policies and procedures.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nAt Snackruptors Inc, we truly care about our employees and are committed to their well-being and growth.
