Position Summary: Set-up and operate, in a safe manner, any and/or all machining, automation and polishing equipment within a production cell. This will include all quality checks per the control plan. Responsibilities KEY TASKS Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates and fixtures. Remove and replace dull cutting tools Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machine, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Listen to machine during operation in order to detect sounds as those made by dull cutting tools and adjust machines to compensate Adjust machine feeds and speed, change cutting tools or adjust mach
