Provides practical, risk-based legal advice and partners with Legal Department colleagues and business stakeholders to advance commercial objectives and manage legal and operational risk.\nResponsibilities\nDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including purchasing, supply, distribution, services, technology, nondisclosure, and related agreements\nAdvise business leaders on legal, commercial, and operational risks and recommend practical, risk-based solutions\nCounsel on product compliance matters, including applicable regulatory requirements, product claims, labeling, safety, and corrective actions\nSupport supply chain matters, including sourcing, compliance, and allocation of risk\nManage or support commercial and product-related disputes, litigation, investigations, and claims, including preservation, discovery, strategy, and outside counsel oversight\nProvide legal support on selected human resources and labor and employment matters, depending on experience and business needs\nCollaborate on policies, compliance initiatives, training, and cross-functional projects involving Legal, Compliance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Human Resources\nDevelop and improve templates, playbooks, processes, and training that promote consistent legal support and contract compliance\nMonitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and communicate their practical impact to stakeholders\nPerform other duties as Lead Counsel or the General Counsel may determine appropriate\nQualifications\nJuris Doctor from an accredited law school and a good-standing license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction\n4-6 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, government agency, or a combination thereof\nExperience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and independently advising business clients\nExperience in one or more of product compliance, supply chain, commercial litigation, or labor and employment;
