REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nMinimum of one year of hands-on experience operating CNC lathe and mill machines.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience and/or formal technical training.\nAbility to comply with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.\nProficient in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and related documentation to ensure products meet required standards.\nAbility to edit and adjust existing CNC programs.\nStrong hands-on problem-solving skills to identify production issues and implement effective solutions.\nExperience with quality inspection and metrology, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, dial indicators, and visual inspection methods.\nAbility to read and understand blueprints, routings, and shop aids.\nStrong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication skills and basic computer literacy.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while making timely decisions.\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis with consistency and accuracy.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\nBasic computer knowledge.\nWillingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, up to 20 hours per week as
