This role ensures components meet required hardness, strength, and durability specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.\nHourly Rate\n$21.06 - $24.92\n2nd Shift Available\nMonday - Friday\n1:30pm - 9:30pm\nMust be available to work mandatory overtime.\nResponsibilities\nOperate all heat treat furnaces and equipment. \nMaintain accurate records of heat treatments.\nFollow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.\nCommunicate production or equipment issues verbally or in writing to supervisors and team members, including cross-shift operators.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nPerform basic routine machine maintenance as trained.\nAssist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts as skills develop.\nMemorize and execute emergency containment and or shutdown procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nHeat treating experience and knowledgeable of materials and heat treating methods.\nExtreme safety conscious and timely reporting of needs and issues.\nTechnical school courses, mechanical hobbies, or similar experience are a plus.\nStrong mechanical or technical aptitude;
