approximately 60-70% focused on inventory accuracy\nLead and manage the facility's cycle count program to achieve inventory accuracy targets.\nExecute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cycle counting schedules based on ABC inventory classifications.\nSupervise and coach Cycle Count associates \nMonitor count completion, accuracy, and productivity metrics.\nReview and validate count variances, ensuring timely and accurate adjustments.\nConduct recounts and inventory audits for high-value, critical, or problematic inventory.\nAnalyze recurring inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.\nDrive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate inventory errors.\nLead warehouse operations to improve inventory handling and transaction accuracy.\nEnsure adherence to inventory control procedures and counting standards.\nMaintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.\nLead annual physical inventory preparation and execution.\nGenerate and communicate cycle count performance reports and KPIs to management.\nWarehouse Inventory Accuracy & Control\nMaintain inventory accuracy levels exceeding established company targets.\nSupervise and coordinate daily receiving activities, ensuring timely unloading, inspection, accurate put-aways and receipt of raw materials, components, and supplies\nSupervise and coach Stockroom associates including training, scheduling, performance management, and cross-training initiatives \nCoordinate with Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Warehouse teams to resolve receiving discrepancies, damaged materials, and supplier-related issues. \nMaintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving transactions, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.\nInvestigate inventory shortages, overages, and transaction discrepancies.\nAudit receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, shipping, and returns processes.\nMonitor inventory movement and identify process failures affecting inventory accuracy.\nEnsure proper inventory slotting, location management, and material traceability.\nValidate inventory transactions within ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nReview inventory adjustment activity and approve transactions within established authority limits.\nLeadership & Team Development\nSupervise, train, and develop Inventory Control and stockroom personnel.\nEstablish performance expectations and accountability measures.\nConduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and inventory ownership.\nCoordinate staffing and workload planning to support operational requirements.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nDevelop inventory accuracy dashboards and KPI reporting.\nLead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory integrity.\nRecommend process, system, and procedural enhancements.\nREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:\n5 + years of warehouse, distribution, or inventory control experience.\n2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.\nExtensive experience managing cycle count programs and inventory audits.\nStrong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.\nExperience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Manhattan, etc.).\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nProven experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.\nPreferred\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience.\nAPICS/ASCM Certification (CPIM or CSCP).\nLean Manufacturing or Lean Distribution experience.\nSix Sigma Green Belt certification.\nExperience in high-volume distribution or manufacturing
