Torque Tools, a member of the Snap-on Incorporated family of companies, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to sell Norbar and Hi-Force torque tools and related industrial products within the Southwestern Region of the US.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop an effective sales plan to introduce the product lines.\nQualify, build, and sell through the distribution network.\nCold call and sell direct within the assigned territory.\nMake regular contact with customers.\nPrepare call reports and sales quotes.\nMaintain customer files, contact information, and customer history.\nMay attend conventions and trade shows.\nMay work outside of assigned territory to support national accounts and other territories.\nAll other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nOutside industrial sales experience\nExcellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent hands-on skills along with a solid mechanical aptitude\nProficiency in Microsoft office\nAbility to learn various company and vendor windows-based software programs.\nAbility to work well as a member of a team.\nOvernight travel, up to 50%\nAbility to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and walk/traverse half a mile or more through manufacturing sites or field locations.\nValid driver's license with a good driving record\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAn understanding of pneumatic power tools\nPrior sales experience calling on the power generation, heavy manufacturing, or aviation and automotive assembly industry.\nPrior sales experience of an engineered-product, air or electrically operated geared power tools, or torque tools.\nKnowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for Assembly.\nExperience building name and brand recognition\nBenefits:100% paid medical
