They will lead research to be presented to internal stakeholders of Snap-on or its subsidiaries. Additionally, the intern will take the lead on various customer connection efforts such as organizing shop visits and recruiting participants for focus groups. As a key member of the Customer Connection team, the individual in this role will assist in the consolidation and reporting of insights and further findings from focus groups and other research methods.\nResponsibilities\nKEY TASKS\nConduct research on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products.\nDevelop research reports and presentations for internal stakeholders from across Snap-on’s portfolio of subsidiaries.\nCollaborate with product managers to translate insights into actionable next steps.\nEngage with end-users via visits, surveys, and phone calls to aid in ongoing research at Snap-on.\nReview progress and coordinate with the appropriate internal team on an ongoing basis to maintain essential communication.\nAssist with day-to-day operations within Innovation Works.
