We’re looking for a creative, energized, and organized individual that will help us deliver white glove service to our advertising clients, while consistently expressing a 'can do' attitude.\nWhat you’ll do:\nManage multiple sponsored production projects at a time, primarily across AR, video & creators campaigns, from kickoff through final delivery.\nBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status updates; keep internal teams, advertisers, agencies, and vendors aligned on next steps and approvals.\nServe as a day-to-day production contact for an assigned client or project portfolio, providing clear and timely communication throughout development.\nCoordinate external creative services partners and vendors against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and Snap’s quality expectations.\nTrack assets, feedback, approvals, and delivery requirements; help ensure final assets are complete and distributed to the appropriate teams.\nIdentify production risks, dependencies, and schedule or scope changes early; propose practical solutions and escalate complex issues when needed.\nApply Snap’s ad-product requirements, platform guidelines, and creative best practices to help projects meet their objectives.\nMaintain accurate project information and documentation in production and project-management tools.\nContribute to process improvements and share learnings that help the team deliver work efficiently and consistently.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nStrong project-management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nClear, timely written and verbal communication; able to build productive working relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners.\nSound judgment in identifying issues, solving routine production challenges, and escalating risks appropriately.\nAbility to manage project timelines, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and budgets or costs.\nInterest in advertising, social media, creative production, AR, video, or creator-led content.\nComfortable learning and using project-management and productivity tools, such as Monday.com and Google Workspace.\nMinimum qualifications:\n4+ years of experience in production, project management, creative operations, or a related role.\nExperience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, or external partners while meeting deadlines.\nExperience in advertising, branded content, creative production, or a related client-facing environment, or equivalent transferable experience.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience supporting advertising clients, agencies, production vendors, or creative services partners.\nFamiliarity with AR, video, creator campaigns, or social-platform advertising.\nExperience with project-management tools and maintaining accurate project or CRM records.\nExperience managing a high-volume workload and adapting to changing priorities.\n\"Default Together\" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
