Working from our Paris office (9th arrondissement), you will be collaborating closely with other Specs hardware and software teams around the world.\nWhat you’ll do:\nIntegrate systems for sensor data acquisition and ML inference with robust real-time performance\nWork closely with embedded systems and ML teams to enable complex software to run efficiently on wearable hardware and cloud backends\nDesign and implement tools for analyzing performance and quality of our algorithms\nWrite clean, well designed and tested code\nCommunicate technical tradeoffs clearly through design docs and reviews \nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nStrong knowledge in C++\nStrong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals\nComfortable with large code bases, code reviews and version control (git)\nGreat spoken and written communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams\nAbility to isolate root causes across different software systems\nMinimum Qualifications: \nBSc in Computer Science, or equivalent field\nAt least 2 years of experience in C++ software development\nFluency in English\nExperience with version control (git)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with asynchronous programming, real-time systems, digital signal processing, time series analysis, EEG or other physiological sensing systems\nExperience developing software for wearable devices and sensor systems\nExperience collaborating across hardware, software and ML teams to resolve system integration issues\nExperience with continuous integration and code quality tools\nExperience using AI tools to support engineering workflows\nIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information.\n\"Default Together\" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
