As a member of the CRM Technology team, you will build applications and platforms that support Snap's advertising business, including CRM, Sales, and Go-To-Market (GTM) systems.\nThe role combines AI platform development and business applications. You will build shared services, AI agents, APIs, and integrations, while also delivering features used by our business teams. You'll work across Snap's internal infrastructure, Salesforce, and cloud services to develop reliable systems that help teams operate more efficiently and support advertiser growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build scalable applications, backend services, and APIs supporting Snap's CRM and advertising business.\nBuild shared AI capabilities, agent frameworks, and reusable services that can be used across different business applications.\nDevelop AI-powered applications and workflows using LLMs, internal tools, and business data.\nBuild and maintain high-volume integrations across Salesforce, Ads platforms, internal services, and third-party systems.\nWork across teams to understand business requirements, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and deliver solutions.\nIndependently own features end to end, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support.\nUse AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows to ship software faster while maintaining code quality, security, and reliability.\nImprove application performance, availability, monitoring, and CI/CD processes.\nContribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong programming and software design skills, including debugging, performance analysis, and test design.\nExperience developing backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and data-driven applications.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and database technologies.\nFamiliarity with AI/LLM concepts, including AI agents, RAG, tool calling, and agent orchestration.\nAbility to independently design and deliver medium-sized features spanning multiple components.\nUnderstanding of operational aspects of production systems, including monitoring, incident investigation, and troubleshooting.\nAbility to evaluate technical tradeoffs and write maintainable, well-tested code.\nAbility to work with Product Managers, engineers, and business teams to solve problems.\nAbility to learn new technologies and apply them to existing systems.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3+ years of software development experience building and maintaining production applications or services.\nExperience programming in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.\nExperience with BigQuery, Airflow, SQL/NoSQL databases, or other data platforms.\nExperience designing and building backend services, APIs, or system integrations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Salesforce CRM, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Force.com, or Salesforce APIs.\nExperience building applications using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nExperience with AI agent frameworks such as Google ADK, Langfuse, or similar technologies.\nExperience with GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, or other cloud services.\nExperience building scalable integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms and internal services.\nExperience with advertising platforms, Ads APIs, CRM, or GTM systems.\nExperience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.\n\"Default Together\" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
