If you want to learn how hiring works inside a fast-growing education and AI company, this is a good place to do it.\nWhat you will do\nSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university networks and our learner community\nScreen incoming applications against role requirements and build shortlists for review\nRun first-stage screening calls and write clear, honest candidate summaries\nCoordinate interview scheduling across UK, US and Asia time zones\nKeep the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date\nDraft and refine job descriptions and candidate outreach messages\nSupport onboarding for new joiners, including documentation and first-week logistics\nTrack pipeline metrics and flag where the hiring process is slowing down\nWhat we are looking for\nCurrently studying, or recently graduated in, Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field\nExcellent written and spoken English, since most of this role is written communication with candidates\nHighly organised, comfortable running many conversations in parallel\nGenuine interest in AI and education, and curiosity about the roles you are hiring for\nDiscreet and professional when handling confidential candidate information\nPrior recruitment, sourcing or people-operations exposure is a plus, but not required\nWhat you will get\nDirect mentorship from the founding team\nReal ownership of live searches rather than administrative overflow\nFree access to TAI Labs cohorts and course material while you are with us\nA written reference and a portfolio of work at the end of the internship\nStrong performers will be considered for a permanent role\nHow we work\nWe are remote-first and work asynchronously across multiple time zones.
