You can build a model in a spreadsheet from a blank sheet and defend the assumptions in it\nStrong written English. Most of your output is short documents that busy people read once and act on\nGenuine curiosity about how businesses make money, not just about AI as a topic\nComfortable working through ambiguity and asking good questions early\nFluent with AI tools as part of how you work, not as a novelty\nNice to have\nAny exposure to consulting, venture capital, startup operations or corporate strategy\nExperience with a CRM, project tracker or analytics platform\nFamiliarity with B2B sales cycles or education businesses\nDesign sense for making documents and decks that look considered\nWhat you'll get\nDirect mentorship from founders who have built and exited companies\nVisibility into how commercial decisions actually get made inside a growing company, including the ones that go wrong\nOwnership of real workstreams rather than research busywork\nA reference and a portfolio of work you can point to\nTo apply\nSend your CV with a short note on a business decision you have analysed, and how you reached your conclusion.
