The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of end-user systems, enforce IT compliance, manage MDM and antivirus systems, and maintain accurate records of all IT assets.\n\nResponsibilities: \nMaintain and update IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, network devices, software licenses, and peripherals).\nTrack the entire asset lifecycle, procurement, allocation, movement, maintenance, and decommissioning.\nCoordinate with procurement and finance teams for asset tagging, disposal, and audits.\nConduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of IT assets.\nPrepare and share periodic inventory and compliance reports.\nManage and monitor all devices using MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions.\nDeploy and enforce security policies, software updates, and compliance checks through MDM.\nAdminister and monitor antivirus solutions, ensuring all endpoints are updated and secure.\nAssist in vulnerability management, patch compliance, and endpoint protection audits.\nVPN management;
