and prevention strategies.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, MBA, or another quantitative field.\n\n3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Fraud Analytics, Risk Analytics, or a similar analytical role.\n\nStrong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.\n\nHands-on experience with Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.\n\nSolid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, experimental design, and analytical methodologies.\n\nFamiliarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.\n\nStrong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and pattern recognition skills.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.\n\nStrong business acumen with an understanding of fraud prevention and risk management concepts.\n\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.\n\nHigh level of ownership, accountability, and ability to independently drive initiatives.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and
