budgeting processes and monitor budget variances.\n\nEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, insurance requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.\n\nPrepare and submit tax returns, VAT reports, and other regulatory filings.\n\nCoordinate with internal and external auditors and address audit inquiries.\n\nEvaluate financial systems and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls.\n\nMaintain proper financial documentation and record management.\n\nOversee inventory controls and ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n6-10 years of accounting experience, including several years in a supervisory or team leadership role.\n\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and reporting skills.\n\nGood command of the English language.\n\nStrong leadership, people management, and decision-making abilities.\n\nExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.\n\nExperience with ERP and accounting software is considered an
