validated needs in authentication or ride safety.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Call Center, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to align priorities and support effective product delivery.\n\nCoordinate delivery progress, identify dependencies and risks, and support rollout readiness, product launches, and post-launch reviews.\n\nDefine and monitor results against agreed success measures, using qualitative and quantitative evidence to evaluate performance and recommend follow-up improvements.\n\nApproach safety- and authentication-related topics thoughtfully, considering user trust, privacy, and operational impact throughout the product development process.\n\nRequirements\nApproximately 2 years of product management experience or relevant product experience, with exposure to product discovery, delivery, and ongoing improvement.\n\nBasic to intermediate SQL skills, with experience using queries to explore product data, investigate issues, and support product decisions.\n\nPractical experience using AI tools in product discovery or delivery, with sound judgment in evaluating and validating AI-generated outputs.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate customer and operational problems and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document product requirements in English, communicate findings clearly, and effectively explain product decisions.\n\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate tasks across discovery, delivery, and measurement.\n\nStrong interest in authentication, trust, and safety, or improving ride-experience
