Help them set priorities, make trade-offs, and deliver against agreed outcomes.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with PR, Legal, Call Center, and Operations, as well as Engineering, Design, Data, and other relevant stakeholders.\n\nLead product discovery across customer and operational problems. Use research, feedback, data, and AI tools to identify needs, validate opportunities, and shape solutions.\n\nIntegrate AI into discovery and delivery workflows where it improves the quality or speed of product work, such as research synthesis, analysis, prototyping, and iteration.\n\nIdentify and develop AI-powered product solutions where they address real user or business needs, including support automation and customer or operational experiences.\n\nDefine product goals and success measures with stakeholders;
