contract frameworks.\nDesign, develop, review, and optimize secure smart contracts for decentralized applications.\nLead the architecture and implementation of public, private, and consortium blockchain networks.\nEstablish best practices for blockchain security, identity management, key management, and cryptographic implementations.\nIntegrate blockchain platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and legacy systems.\nDesign tokenization frameworks, digital asset management solutions, and decentralized identity systems where applicable.\nDevelop architecture documentation, technical specifications, and solution blueprints.\nGuide development teams in implementing blockchain applications following architecture standards and coding best practices.\nConduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization exercises.\nEnsure high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and resilience of blockchain solutions.\nDesign secure API layers for blockchain-enabled enterprise applications.\nDefine governance models for permissioned blockchain environments.\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to automate blockchain deployment, architecture principles and blockchain best practices.\nRequired Technical Skills\nBlockchain Platforms\nHyperledger Fabric\nEthereum\nQuorum\nPolygon\nCorda\nBinance Smart Chain (BSC)\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n610 years of overall software development experience.\n3+ years of hands-on experience designing blockchain-based enterprise solutions.\nStrong expertise in blockchain architecture and distributed ledger technologies.\nExperience designing secure smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).\nHands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Quorum, or similar blockchain platforms.\nExperience integrating blockchain solutions with enterprise systems and cloud environments.\nStrong understanding of cryptography, blockchain security, and decentralized identity.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with tokenization platforms and digital asset management.\nKnowledge of Web3 technologies and decentralized ecosystems.\nExperience building NFT marketplaces or DeFi platforms.\nFamiliarity with Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) and advanced cryptographic techniques.\nExperience with blockchain interoperability frameworks.\nExposure to CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) initiatives.\nCloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nBlockchain certifications such as Certified Blockchain Architect (CBA), Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP), or Hyperledger certifications.\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is an added advantage.\nProven experience in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain solutions.\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into robust blockchain architectures.\nExperience leading technical teams and mentoring blockchain developers.\nExcellent problem-solving, architectural decision-making, and communication skills.\nAbility to evaluate
