Based in Ioannina, you will be the face of Snappi in the region - building relationships with local businesses, growing our B2B client base, and representing Snappi at community and professional events. This is a foundational, field-facing role with real ownership and direct impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSales & Business Development\nAcquire and onboard new business clients for Snappi’s B2B products \nManage a regional pipeline and work towards clear revenue and activation targets.\nCollaborate with the central Sales and Product teams to tailor propositions to regional needs.\nCommunity & Brand Presence\nServe as the face of Snappi in Northern Greece, building brand awareness and credibility in the local business community.\nBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, business associations, and Chambers of Commerce.\nParticipate in local business events.\nPartner with the Marketing and PR team to organise local events for both customers and professionals.\nRequirements\nRequired\n3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management - ideally in financial services or fintech.\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.\nStrong networking skills and an existing or buildable presence in the Northern Greece business community.\nExcellent communication skills in Greek and English.\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a field role, with comfort for regular regional travel.\nValid driver’s license (Category B).\nPreferred\nFamiliarity with banking and/or embedded finance products.\nExisting connections with regional business networks.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nWhy Join Snappi?\nWe foster a culture of innovation, trust, and continuous development.
