Every project you take on will contribute to how businesses tell their stories visually, helping us set the standard for visual content worldwide.\nAbout the role:\nAs the AI Operations Manager for this team, you will be challenged to manage and grow a team of editors who are responsible for ensuring that all of our images that are created through collaborative AI meet our high standards. Your impact on ensuring that our customers receive vibrant, standout images, giving them an incredible experience, will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our clients to meet all of their visual content needs worldwide.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead and grow a team of high-performing editors\nUtilize data to understand editor behavior and areas for improvement in our editing process\nMaximize editor productivity with a mix of training and tool-building\nWork closely with the product and operations team to launch and operationalize new products from scratch\nUnderstand the vision and strategy for your team and get all members pumped and aligned to power Snappr's growth\nDevelop & optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines for completion\nHustle -
