Every project you take on will contribute to how businesses tell their stories visually, helping us set the standard for visual content worldwide.\nAbout the role:\nAs an Operations Team Lead, you will be challenged to guide and empower a team of Photo Editors to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful completion of tasks, driving key performance indicators, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.\nWhat you'll do\nLead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established processes.\nManage and mentor a team of Specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative team environment.\nDrive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets\nDesign and implement performance improvement plans for team members who require such assistance\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and coordination across departments.\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and streamline workflows.\nContinuously assess and optimize operational procedures to enhance productivity\nAct as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.\nCommunicate with Senior Operations Manager/s and Head of Operations to ensure projects are on track.\nMonitor and produce regular performance reports\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the operations team.\nWhat you'll need\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.\nA track record of running performance improvement plans\nProven experience in effectively managing and leading a team.\nDemonstrated experience in driving and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong leadership skills\nGreat spreadsheet skills are an advantage\nFamiliarity with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but is not a hard requirement\nShould be willing to work with creative people.\nShould be willing to report onsite every day.\nShould be open to working in a mid-shift. \nJob benefits\nCompetetive
