Candidates with professional training or experience as a nurse, physician, or physician assistant are encouraged to apply.\nFluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.\nExperience with EHR/EMR systems and clinical documentation.\nExperience coordinating patient care, referrals, follow-ups, and medical records.\nFamiliarity with U.S. health insurance verification, eligibility checks, benefits verification, and prior authorizations.\nStrong administrative, organizational, documentation, and patient communication skills.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other members of the care team.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.\nUnderstanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.\nPreferred Experience\nChronic Care Management (CCM).\nPrior authorizations and insurance verification.\nReferral coordination and patient follow-ups.\nPatient intake and clinical documentation.\nLaboratory orders, results follow-up, and medical records management.\nFamiliarity with Office Ally or similar EHR/EMR platforms.\nExperience with RingCentral or similar patient communication systems.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate has a strong clinical background and at least 3 years of clinical care coordination experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare practices.
