We're obsessed with our craft, thrive on continuous learning, and collaborate to turn ambitious ideas into reality.\n\nAbout the role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Software QA Engineer specializing in Test Automation and Performance Testing to take technical ownership of our automated test suites and performance testing across web applications, APIs, and backend services. In this role, you will design and maintain automation frameworks, execute performance tests, and investigate application performance issues while providing technical guidance and support to framework users.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTest Automation\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright with Java, Selenium, and relevant supporting tools.\n\nMaintain and enhance automation frameworks to improve reliability, maintainability, and test coverage.\n\nContribute to integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.\n\nProvide technical guidance and support to other users of the automation framework.\n\nIdentify automation opportunities and recommend improvements to testing practices.\n\nPerformance Testing & Engineering\n\nDefine and contribute to performance testing approaches for applications, APIs. \n\nmicroservices, and distributed systems.\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain performance test suites using Apache JMeter.\n\nExecute load, stress, endurance/soak, spike, and scalability testing.\n\nMonitor application, infrastructure, and system resource metrics during performance test execution.\n\nCollaborate with Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to investigate and validate performance improvements.\n\nPromote performance testing best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nSupport knowledge sharing and technical onboarding for engineers working with the automation framework.\n\nCommunicate testing progress, risks, defects, and technical findings to project teams and stakeholders.\n\nWork independently to resolve complex testing issues and continuously improve test engineering practices.\n\nWhat would you need?\n\nTypically 5–6+ years of software QA experience, with strong hands-on expertise in test automation and performance testing.\n\nStrong experience developing automated tests using Playwright and/or Selenium.\n\nStrong Java programming skills and knowledge of automation frameworks and testing best practices.\n\nExperience with Git, Jenkins pipelines/jobs, and CI/CD integration.\n\nAdvanced hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and performance test analysis.\n\nStrong understanding of load, stress, endurance/soak, spike, and scalability testing.\n\nExperience testing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.\n\nAbility to monitor system resources, analyse performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.\n\nAbility to work independently, take technical ownership, and guide testing activities without requiring
