This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant IT operations while supporting our growing global healthcare BPO business.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead global IT operations across India, the US, and the Philippines.\nOwn IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and endpoint management.\nDrive IT security, HIPAA compliance, and audit readiness.\nManage IT service desk operations and ensure SLA adherence.\nOversee device lifecycle management, asset tracking, and IT procurement.\nLead cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP).\nImplement and maintain identity & access management (MFA, Entra ID, Active Directory).\nManage vendors, MSPs, IT budgets, and technology procurement.\nBuild, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams across multiple locations.\nPartner with business leaders to align IT strategy with organizational goals.\nIf you're passionate about leading global IT operations and building secure, scalable technology environments, we'd love to hear from you!\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in an IT leadership role.\nExperience in BPO, ITES, Healthcare, or Shared Services environments.\nStrong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.\nExperience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and IAM.\nHands-on knowledge of HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks.\nExperience managing endpoint security, MDM, EDR, patch management, and device lifecycle.\nStrong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, VLANs, and network security.\nExperience managing 24/7 IT operations, disaster recovery, business continuity, and vendor relationships.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP, ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Azure.\nExperience supporting US healthcare clients.\nExperience managing IT operations across multiple countries.\nKnowledge of VoIP/contact center technologies and HIPAA-compliant communication
