AI-powered dashboards and analytics tools, making data-driven optimizations in real time.\nManage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure measurable Return on Investment (ROI).\nConduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance through experimentation and data analysis.\nStay up to date with the latest AI marketing trends, automation technologies, and digital marketing best practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading or managing AI-enhanced marketing campaigns.\nHands-on experience with marketing automation and AI platforms such as HubSpot, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, ChatGPT, Mutiny, or equivalent tools.\nStrong proficiency with analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and A/B testing frameworks.\nExcellent understanding of marketing KPIs, customer acquisition, growth loops, conversion funnels, and campaign optimization.\nProven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage cross-functional projects.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and an innovation-driven mindset.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in B2B, SaaS, Technology, Healthcare, or IT
