appointments efficiently\nMaintain and update patient records using EMR systems\nPerform medical chart scrubbing to ensure data accuracy and completeness\nProcess and manage prior authorizations in accordance with payer and clinic guidelines\nHandle prescription refills in compliance with clinic protocols\nAudit laboratory results and follow up on missing or pending reports\nMonitor and support
