You'll leverage your deep understanding of Generative and Traditional AI, AWS and cloud technologies to design and present compelling solutions that address complex business challenges. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by translating client needs into innovative, scalable, and secure GenAI solutions on AWS.\nWhat you’ll do\nNeeds Assessment and Analysis\nConducting in-depth assessments with clients to understand their business and technical needs.\n\nAnalyzing client requirements and proposing feasible technical solutions based on them.\n\nIdentifying client challenges and goals, recommending effective solutions, and building client trust.\n\nSales Support\nWorking closely with the sales team to jointly develop competitive sales strategies.\n\nSupporting the sales process as a technical expert, answering questions, and facilitating communication with clients.\n\nManaging the scope of client requirements and drafting contractual proposals based on them.\n\nParticipating in RFI/RFP responses.\n\nUnderstanding AWS enablement/support programs and applying them based on client needs.\n\nCost Estimation and Proposal Preparation\nContributing to the creation of accurate cost estimates for recommended solutions.\n\nPreparing proposals that clearly highlight the value and benefits of the solutions.\n\nSolution Design and Architecture\nDesigning complex, AWS-based solutions tailored to client needs and delivery capabilities.\n\nPreparing detailed architectures, documentation, and proposals.\n\nEnsuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with AWS best practices.\n\nConducting technical alignment of proposed solutions with internal teams.\n\nTechnology Leadership\nContinuously tracking the latest AWS services, AI developments, and cloud technologies.\n\nMaintaining a deep and confident knowledge of SnapSoft's service offerings.\n\nObtaining and maintaining all relevant AWS certifications.\n\nClient Relations\nMeeting and maintaining contact mainly with clients from the EU region.\n\nDevising custom solutions or optimizing existing solutions according to client needs.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nProven experience as a Presales Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.\n\nStrong technical background in GenAI.\n\nDeep understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture principles.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nProactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset.\n\nBusiness fluent English proficiency.\n\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience with Terraform and Terragrunt.\n\nKnowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines.\n\nApplication development experience\n\nExperience with cloud migrations\n\nAWS Professional or Specialty certifications.\n\nExperience with other cloud platforms (Azure,
