Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) architectures.\nHands-on experience designing at least 5 IAM/IGA enterprise architectures in regulated industries, preferably within energy utilities or Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS).\nDeep understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, and KRITIS regulations.\nStrong background in interface
