operations support and collaborate with Service Centers and business teams to handle incident escalations, resolutions, and reporting.\nWymagania\nHands-on experience in installation, customization, and maintenance of Db2 for z/OS and SMP/E within an MVS/z/OS environment.\nDeep understanding of relational database concepts, IBM utilities, JCL, access methods, file structures, and Db2 monitoring tools.\nPractical experience implementing RACF or ACF2 Db2 security authorization models and executing Disaster Recovery (DR) protocols.\nHigh proficiency with ecosystem tools and ISV software from IBM, Broadcom, and Computer Associates (CA).\nExperience participating in large-scale complex projects to design and implement mainframe database solutions.\nExcellent root-cause analysis skills paired with strong written and spoken English communication skills.\nPrior experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise commercial environments is highly preferred.\nTech stack\nDB2\nIBM
