We're on the lookout for an experienced and remote Payment Request Operations Associate based in Texas or Georgia to help make sure every clinic is paid accurately for the care it provides and every pet owner pays only what their plan says they owe.\nThe role\nAs a Payment Request (PR) Operations Associate, you'll be the person who turns a veterinary invoice into the right payment. Clinics send Snout a payment request after each visit, and you'll review the invoice against the pet's plan, match each charge to the right wellness benefit, apply caps and remaining quantities, and confirm what Snout pays the clinic and what the client still owes.\nYour work is where Snout’s promise becomes real for pet owners: every payment request you process turns a plan into actual savings at the vet. When a request is coded correctly and on time, the clinic gets paid what it's owed and the client sees the savings they signed up for instead of a surprise bill.
